  • We believe that getting the job done correctly is more important than simply getting the job done. That is why all of our technicians are paid a salary and not per job.

  • We are dedicated to exceptional customer care. Our highest priority is assuring you and your vehicle receive superior service. We’ll reserve you a rental car at a discounted rate through our partnership with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Need a ride? We offer shuttle service to and from the White Flint Metro. Just because you drive a "box", doesn’t mean you have to fit into one; let us know what we can do for you. We are here to help. 

  • If you have an extended warranty for your Land Rover, no problem. We offer competitively priced repairs and will handle all of the paperwork. We always recommend using Land Rover factory OEM parts as replacements unless an aftermarket part is found to be equivalent or superior.

  • At anytime during your service visit, we welcome and encourage you to go through the repairs with the technician working on your Land Rover. This will help give you a better understanding of the work we are recommending. 

Here's our policy for work on 2004 and earlier MY Land Rovers:

  • We will do our absolute best to provide a realistic estimate for all required work, but more often than not, additional issues arise while in the middle of repairing older cars. In these instances, the customer will be notified of the unforeseen issue. Due to the technological limitations and surprises older models present, estimates should be seen as working documents which may be altered and adjusted for approval throughout the process.  

  • When new repairs are required or surprises arise, the customer will be given the option for the mechanic to keep going with the repairs or to stop. If the customer would like the additional work completed, they will be invoiced for the time spent on the vehicle. This means that after the estimated time for the initial concern/repair has expired, we will begin logging the amount of time spent getting the new repairs completed, and the customer will be charged accordingly. Parts may also be required. 

  • In such instances, our team will assist in an approach that best suits individual needs of the client. 

  • Older cars require brains, hardened tools, and greasy hands not a diagnostic machine to solve the problem. Our top priorities are to get the job done right the first time, be thorough, and return the vehicle in a safe and reliable working order. With that in mind, a good deal of TIME is required.   

  • For Land Rovers 2004 and earlier, we offer a 6mo warranty on repairs. We do not provide a warranty on reconditioned parts.
